Our Vision
Taylor Wimpey’s vision for the site is to create an attractive residential environment to deliver approximately 120 new homes with access onto Blackthorn Avenue, that demonstrates how a sensitive, landscape-led design approach can create benefits for existing and new residents.
Our vision for the site is to also preserve and enhance the existing rural edge along the northern, southern and western boundaries while linking with the adjacent residential scheme on the southeastern corner.
It will also include a generous amount of public green spaces and a play area.
The new homes will range from 2-bedroom maisonettes to detached 4-bedroom houses.
Over 38% of the new homes will be affordable, with a mixture of tenures.
